Ordering from Izvor Music
There are two ways to order from Izvor Music: you can print and fill out the order form and mail it to me with a check, or you can use your credit card and pay with PayPal. (You do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal.) Shipping, cancellation, and return policies are on the third page of the order form and below.

Izvor Music Shipping Policy
- I use the United States Post Office (USPS) for shipping. US orders are sent by surface mail. All other orders are sent by air mail.
- Shipping takes approximately 1 week by surface and 1 to 3 weeks by air.
- Books and CDs are packaged in a bubble-protected sturdy envelope.
- Orders are usually processed within 3 (three) days upon receipt of your check.
- If an item is backordered, I will e-mail you to see if you still want to place your order. If you do, I will not cash your check until I can fill the order.
Izvor Music Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify me via the contact form within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your order. I will attempt to correct the problem.
- If you are still not satisfied after communicating with me, you will receive a full refund. I will send you an e-mail confirming this arrangement.
- In order to receive your refund, please return your order, in the same packaging or the
equivalent (minimum: bubble-wrap-protected) to:

Seattle, WA 98119-2802 USA - As soon as I receive your return, I will e-mail you and mail you a check. The check will be for the amount you paid for the order. You will not be reimbursed for your shipping expenses to return the order.
Izvor Music Order Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment at no charge.
- To cancel your order, please notify me via the contact form.
- If you cancel after your order has shipped, you must return the order (see Return Policy above) and you will be charged a $ 10.00 restocking fee plus my shipping expenses. You will not be reimbursed for your shipping expenses to return the order.
- If I have deposited your check, you will be refunded your order amount minus the restocking fee and my shipping expenses (if applicable, and after I have received the return). If I have not deposited your check, I will shred it.
